Rush DM is the affiliate marketing division of Media Publishing Corp. This Privacy Policy describes how Media Publishing Corp ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information connected with rushdm.com and related business inquiries. It explains the information involved, why it is used, and how to contact us about privacy.
1. Scope
This website introduces our publisher and advertiser partnerships. Application and login links take you to our externally hosted TargetZone platform. Please review the notices presented in that application and account flow before submitting information. This notice does not replace notices required where information is collected through a separate consumer landing page, account application, tracking service, or telephone campaign. Where we operate those services, we remain responsible for the information we process; a third-party host does not remove that responsibility.
This website is for business inquiries by email or phone. We do not collect consumer leads or accept account applications on this website. Signup links take you to a separate application platform, where the notice presented at collection applies.
2. Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, business email, phone number, company, website, traffic sources, campaign interests, and the contents of your messages. Please do not send passwords, government identification numbers, payment-card details, or consumer lead files through a general inquiry channel.
Calls to our business inquiry number are not recorded. We may keep contact details and notes needed to respond to your inquiry.
